Sign up now! Complete the online registration form by October 29, 2006 and submit the registration fee of $30 per team. Registering early guarantees your team a lane the day of event. The lanes are first come, first serve. Please be sure to enter a team name – the lane will be booked under the name entered. |

Distribute brochures/pledge forms to all team members immediately to begin collecting flat amount pledges*. Each bowler will canvas their network of family, friends, etc. to collect pledges to bowl. They’ll begin to learn about the Melanie Rosado Scholarship Fund, Lambda Theta Alpha, the bowl-a-thon, the prizes, and the fun. |

All bowlers who raise the minimum $25 in pledges qualify for the top prizes and the raffle prizes which will be announced during the event. TOP Prizes will be awarded for: • Highest Individual Score** • Highest Amount of Pledges Collected (Individual) (**Scores will be determined by the higher of the two scores bowled by each person.) |

Celebrate your success and contribution to the Scholarship Bowl with your friends and family bowling on the day of the event. The team should meet 15-20 minutes prior to registration time. The team captain will register for the entire team. The team captain should collect all pledge forms and money and then bring it to the registration desk. Once the team is registered, everyone can pick up their rental shoes and begin bowling. Each team will bowl two games and must report to the registration table to ensure scores are collected. Scores determine the prizes for the qualifying bowlers in the TOP prize category. |
